Page flashes after transition is complete on BlackBerry 7.1

Navigating through the 1.1.0 RC2 docs on a BlackBerry 7.1 you will see that there is a flash after each transition finishes.

Is this will all transition types and across all 7.1 devices?

All transitions - yes and all 7.1 I have tested on.
