Sequence page1 -> dialog -> popup -> page2 <- back does not work

It fails to skip over the dialog hash states. It stops at the one that has two hash states: one for the dialog, and another for the popup.

The following sequences work correctly:

• page1 -> dialog1 -> dialog2 -> page2 <- back
• page1 -> popup -> dialog -> page2 <- back

The following sequence also breaks:

• page1 -> page2 -> dialog1 -> popup -> page3 <- back
