Flipswitch using select: 'selected' attribute selects wrong option #6343
Description

Even though the "Off" option has the selected attribute, the "On" option is selected by default.
The opposite also appears to be true: if you add the selected attribute to the "On" option instead, the "Off" option is selected by default.
