Persistent toolbar with navbar: active class

To give navbar buttons in persistent toolbars the active state you can add the ui-btn-active ui-state-persist classes, but this does no longer work with, true persistent, external toolbars.

We have to come up with a demo how you can update active state of navbar buttons in persistent toolbars.

We have to add that solution to those two demos (and remove ui-btn-active ui-state-persist classes):
