Demos: new homepage

Create a new homepage for the demos.

is there a API Documentation page for 1.4 in works, somewhere where i can see the changes, like http://view.jquerymobile.com/1.4.0-rc.1/dist/demos/ ?

can someone add, on the flipswitch demo page, a custom text switch?

• something like light / dark, a switch that re-sizes with the text
• and maybe a switch that takes the full width of the page

@patrioticcow I'm not sure if we support full-width flip switches, because of the way the CSS is set up. It's designed to work with units of em, not %.

We also have to put the global navmenu in alphabetical order.

i haven't looked in how the flip works, and im not sure if there is any javascript involved

but maybe you can use a data attribute, maybe data-width="full"
and that would get the width of the page or some container
var width = $(window).width() / parseFloat($("body").css("font-size"));
apply it to the flip switch and enhance the new styles

too much? maybe this will slow down things

on a different demo idea.... I found myself needing a filterable collapsible.

the only think that i don't like about it is that the listview styles are mangled with the collapsible ones, i would prefer to turn off the listview styles

in any case, this might be a useful demo

@patrioticcow sounds like you have a lot of ideas for demos remember you are always welcome to submit pr's creating new demos

sure i have ideas, but might not be good enough to make it in the master demo page.
Some of them might as well just be on stackoverflow.
That's the reason im only "poluting" this issue page.

But not to say that i couldn't write one if approved by the power to be aka jQuery Mobile team

yep, looks like that did it.
my approach was filtering inside the collapsible as well, but i don't think that should be the default behavior.

the tabs demo page (http://view.jquerymobile.com/master/demos/tabs/), doesn't seem to have the "View Source" button.

i realized that it says that is basically the same like jQuery ui tabs widget, but a code example on that page is better, maybe with a link to the jQuery ui page.

edit: i noticed none of these tabs work inside a data-role="content" div
