Demo for fixed persistent toolbar uses deprecated pageshow event #7085

Description
I am currently migration to 1.4 and was attacking all deprecated pageshow events. When trying to clean up my fixed persistent navbar, I noticed that the demo at https://github.com/jquery/demos.jquerymobile.com/blob/master/1.4.0/toolbar-fixed-persistent/index.html still uses the deprecated pageshow event.
