jqm 1.4.1 Regression panel-external css transaction IOS #7114
Description
Hi, i found a regression,
closing the external panel on 1.4.1 lose the transaction effect.
http://demos.jquerymobile.com/1.4.1/panel-external/
on 1.4.0 working perfectly.

tested on ios 7 (iphone 5 and iphone 5s)
