Jquery mobile 1.4.1 not loading in ie8

Issue:
version 1.4.1 doesn't load jquery mobile elements while everything works well in 1.4.0

Steps to reproduce:

1. create page locally with css/js within the same location or using the cdn

Platforms/browsers
Win7 with ie8 (ieTester build)

jQuery Mobile and jQuery core version used
jquery mobile 1.4.1 and jquery 1.9.1

This is because of the presence of a keyword in the code. This is a duplicate of #7116, fixed by #7119.
