Select menu titles have huge text

In the last week or so, select menus with titles now have massive font sizes. Go here:

Yeah I can see why that breaks things. Some of the form controls inject other dialogs and role based elements, and they won't get transformed at the point the enhanceControls() function was moved to.

We found the cause and it's not a regression -- the sequence of events in page.js is correct because form element styles are dependent on content and header classes.

When a form element is enhanced with markup, that markup should already contain the necessary classes (in this case, ui-header etc) so that we don't have to do another round of markup transformations after form elements are enhanced.

So it looks like we just need to edit the select so that it uses the proper header classes. Can either of you take a look?
