Panel: Easier way to define width of left and right panel

This is a feature wish for the panels.

I was surfing around to get the appropriate CSS to change the width of the right panel, found some solutions with a bulk of CSS to change and none completely work.

Therefore, I request an easy CSS entry for left and right panel to define it's width, that considers different panel flow types, the class="ui-responsive-panel" tag and @media.
