Footer with data-position="fixed" disapear after closing a dialog

I have create a page with a dialog using multipage. My main page has a footer data-position="fixed".
When I close the dialog, the footer disapear and appear quickly during transition.

I see dialog, but they is no footer for testing. Do I have to check on my apps ?

I had this bug in a4.1 too and made a patch, maby you would like to test it. I'm not fully confident if my patch has any negative side-effects and i would like to rule that out befor sending in a pull request.
