Transitions: delay $to transition to avoid $from transition stuck, and keep them slide at same time. Fix for iOS 5. Adresses #5764.

Thanks for the PR! We are looking into other solutions first to fix #5764 and only if nothing else fixes it we will consider setTimeout() but with a timeout of 0. I am closing this PR because we won't merge it as it is.
