Support for plugin screenshot

Figure out where and how a screenshot can be used on the site and add support for it.

Will we host these on the CDN, inside WordPress, or just somewhere on the web server?

What dimensions?
What will we do with incorrectly sized user images?
What will the placeholder be for plugins that don't have a screenshot?

Sometimes you see screenshots on repos, displayed inline in the readme on GitHub. Maybe we can start with that?

We probably want to explicitly support it in the package.json. We'll likely want to have control over where/how the screenshot is displayed.

We can use gw.addResource from grunt-wordpress to handle uploading the files to WordPress. We can generate filenames, so we can do something like {plugin}-{version}.{ext}.

320x200, resize if larger, place on white background (centered) if smaller.

How about externally hosted screenshots? Make a HEAD request to make sure, it's an image/* and then include the external URL directly without importing. Add a note about preferred size and scale it in the HTML.

You can always switch to self-hosted solutions later.

It would be great to get as much information about a plugin as how Wordpress do it

I find their plugin pages a lot nicer with plenty more info, obviously this is down to the plugin author
