Agreed. Some of the differences in browsers concerning decimal point values should be respected for the sake of animations, if nothing else. We should not hide these.

Do we have a complete list of the affected APIs? Seems like at minimum this would affect width/height, _Width/_Height, position(), and offset(). Right now it says they return "Integer" but perhaps the first step would be to say they return "Number". Can we come up with a reusable note that we apply to all of them?
