Search field is not readable in IE 7&8

Because IE 7 & 8 doesn't do background color in the search field and the text is white it makes it impossible to read.

Hey @RedWolves, thanks for the report! Would you mind porting this over to the https://github.com/jquery/jquery-wp-content repo? That's where all the styling work is done.
