Effects-core (w/ addClass, animate, hide, removeClass, how, switchClass, toggle, toggleClass)

After we land jquery/jquery-ui#982, DB 1.11 passes to infer the filepath of doc files as:

• "docs/.html" = basename of the corresponding component mainfest.docs.

Current ui.effect.jquery.json's docs = "http://api.jqueryui.com/category/effects-core/". Then, the question is: Are we going to move the core-previously-spread-effects (addClass, animate, hide, removeClass, how, switchClass, toggle, toggleClass) into effects-core.xml (built as effects-core.html)? Or is this gonna be the new effect.xml (built as effect.html)?
