It's slightly later than I promised, but here it is - I added an entry for addBack, which is essentially a copy of the andSelf docs with an updated signature and text referencing the selector filtering.
In andSelf I added a deprecation notice (marked 1.7, since the discussion and action seems to be from mid-late 1.6 development) and a link to addBack.
