Changes argument type for jQuery.type from PlainObject to Anything.

Changes argument type from `PlainObject` to `Anything`.

Thanks. Can you please update your git config to use your real name so that we don't need to modify the commit info for every PR?

@scottgonzalez Oops. Didn't realize commits made through the site used my username as my user.name. I'll just not use the web interface going forward.
