Please add a note to the 1.3.x docs that currently on the fly options are not possible in most of the jQuery mobile widgets

eg. listview( "option", "inset", true) does not work, cf jquery-archive/jquery-mobile#6059

For listview, selectmenu, navbar, and slider this still applies in 1.4. For other widgets this has been fixed.
