Pagecontainer Widget: 404 Not found error and 'Methods' have too many code areas

The example area at the top (Multipage Documents) right after the first code area shows: 404 not found error

There are multiple code examples in the Method section that have two code areas, but only the first one is filled out with code, the second is just blank:

change( to, options )
load( url, options )
