also fix notes on ones that are already there that they are NOT exactly the same as pageContianer events. that these are triggered on the container not the page.

What about pagebeforechange and pagechange? Those are triggered by pagecontainer explicitly, and have no pagecontainerbeforechange and pagecontainerchange equivalents.

@Palestinian there are currently two versions of pagebeforechange:

• The version where options.toPage is a string will stay
• The version where options.toPage is a jQuery object will be deprecated in favour of pagecontainerbeforetransition

@gabrielschulhof Thanks, pagecontainerbeforetransition is a great addition. I have one little request, please add a demo of how to alter .toPage object to force loading a different page during pagebeforechange or pagecontainerbeforetransition. I'm currently using pageContainer's change and preventDefault(), which I think is wrong while it works with no issues. Thanks again.
