External toolbars #361
Description
While a doc page exists for external toolbars (http://demos.jquerymobile.com/1.4.5/toolbar-external/), there are no mention of them in the proper toolbar ref (http://api.jquerymobile.com/toolbar/). Well, I see it mentioned, but it isn't documented.
