what to do with buttons?

We need to decide what to do with buttons. Currently, the button is a mix of button and buttonMarkup so the generated code examples are not always correct.

See jquery-archive/jquery-mobile#6003 (comment). All info about styling links as buttons should be removed from the button widget documentation and there shouldn't be any example with buttonMarkup(). We could create a new entry in the miscellaneous category for this and also link to that from the button widget page.

@agcolom @uGoMobi I think a separate buttonMarkup() page in the API docs in Miscellaneous (or Reference?), linked from the button widget page, is a good idea. It will cleanly separate buttonMarkup() from the button widget.

Perhaps the page could be called "Creating Buttons", and it documents buttonMarkup() and also explains the differences between buttonMarkup() and the button widget? And/or some of this info could go in the FAQ (http://view.jquerymobile.com/1.3.2/dist/demos/faq/) ?

A method named $.fn.buttonMarkup() has exactly one correct url: /buttonMarkup/.
