Create "All" category

Possible solutions:

• Actually create an All category and put every entry into it.
• Create an empty /category/All page that uses a custom template.
• Write a hack to just make the URL work.

@nacin attempted writing a hack, but I couldn't get it to work locally.

@nacin can we look into this again tomorrow? I'd like to deploy api.qunitjs.com again tomorrow and it now contains a link to /category/All. /cc @jzaefferer
