Allow (custom) examples for <option> elements

At least for jQuery UI we want to be able to write examples for individual options, something that shouldn't be done in demos (current state).

Is this as simple as adding to the XSL to handle an example element in the option element? If so, I have that done and can push it now. If we want multiple examples for an option I can make it an examples element which contains example elements and loop which is also easy. /cc @rdworth

This now allows one or more <example> elements, without requiring an <examples> container, right?
