ThemeRoller: Colors don't update in IE9

There is an issue in ThemeRoller. If you type the hex value of a color the gui is not updated when you leave the textbox (IE9). You have to click somewhere after that to update the gui.

Tested on http://www.browserstack.com, os=Windows&os_version=7&browser=IE&browser_version=9.0, and it works. Steps:

• Type hex on a color field;
• Press tab to change fields;
• Color is updated on preview;
