The `jqueryui.com` build builds images via the `download.jqueryui.com` npm package on our Debian 12 infra which only has ImageMagick 6. Downgrade from v7 to v6 for now until we're on Debian 13 - or until we rework the jqueryui.com deploy process to not depend on the `download.jqueryui.com` build. This is necessary to finalize the jQuery UI 1.14.2 release.
