#jquerymobile-dev is no longer used

Not sure what the best option is here, as it may be worth keeping the logs on to the channel, but I think we need to either remove the link to the channel and/or say that it is no longer used. We could add that the ui-dev channel is used for jQuery UI and jQuery Mobile development chat?

We should probably mark #jquery-developer-summit as inactive for the moment too. People shouldn't be hanging out in dead channels. (cc @ajpiano)

It has been silent in there at least for months.

We should just take #jquery-developer-summit out of that navigation. It's clearly a single-purpose channel for when a developer summit is happening and having public logs of it doesn't serve the same utility as channels that are not facilitating a short term IRL event.
