Move to using element stats rather then js class states remove ui-button-text spans. Removed button set
Until i can figure out why so this will pass on travis

This fixes the height problem of icon-only buttons in controlgroups on Firefox and makes sure that all icon-only buttons have the same width, regardless the element type.
