New datepicker function "validate"

I needed a "check date" method and didn't find a clear and quite sure one that does this. So I added a new method to datepicker "validate" that checks field values to be a valid date following default datepicker format.

Thanks to see if it could be interesting to include it, and change it as you want (I personally use a custom plugin on datepicker for that).
