Thanks, but datepicker is being rewritten so we're not accepting anything but bug fixes against the current code. |

Please, can you tell me when it has been rewritten so there is an idea to write anything else than bugfixes? |

If you're interested in helping with the rewrite, it's in the datepicker branch: https://github.com/jquery/jquery-ui/tree/datepicker/datepicker-rewrite. We're not sure whether the rewrite will land in 1.9 or 2.0; it depends on how soon the rewrite is finished. It's listed as a possibility for 1.9 on the roadmap |
