api categories: Sort by title, not slug

"Widget Factory" should be further down, but it links to /jQuery.widget/, therefore lands between "Highlight Effect" and "Menu Widget"

Reverted in 4a97726 - my fix made the sorting on api.jquery.com much worse.

@nacin how can I customize the sorting just for api.jqueryui.com, without affecting api.jquery.com?

A better question is why do we need different sorting algorithms? What's the difference between core and UI?

Both have a mix of method names like .attr() or .uniqueId(), and abstract titles like Widget Factory or Next Siblings Selector (“prev ~ siblings”).

So why would we want a different sorting algorithm for the two sites? All API site should sort the same way.

The only concern here was to get "Widget Factory" sorted properly at the end of the page.
