Make category pages more readable

Hardly any content, yet lots of scrolling to see it all. I've modded it somewhat with the web inspector. Not claiming this looks good, but should give an idea of what we could do here:

It's less than what we have on api.jqueryui.com right now and more than what we have on the existing api.jquery.com site.
