Add hosts entries back into readme

Though the local.* redirect we've setup is really useful, some people (myself included) don't necessarily develop/view directly on localhost, and still need to modify their hosts file to handle the redirects. We should provide an example of this with the full list of sites that need to be redirected in the readme.
