Review design for API sites

There was a discussion about whether the styles on the API site should be adjusted. Specifically how the long description and QuickNav meet on widget pages.

I've come up with two possible solutions for widgets...
Currently this is what we have for textinput in mobile: http://stage.api.jquerymobile.com/textinput/

The QuickNav is quite far down, and not in view... so proposal number 1:
have Description in a box, with a link to the QuickNav section. This then also has a link to the Description

Proposal number 2:
Using tabs... seems reasonable solution, provided they are well supported on all browser...

(Note the examples are not displayed properly, and the iframe sources are not copied either. The purpose of the proposals is to be able to move the discussion forward).

I think I like the second option to just anchor down.

Tabs result in the need for deep linking within a page and therefore complicates URL handling. For example, linking to http://api.jqueryui.com/accordion/#method-enable would fail without a script to know what tab to activate.

@scottgonzalez Yes, that's why that simple solution only has links in the same tab (options in the options tab, methods in the methods tab, etc... )

That doesn't solve the URL sharing problem though.
