iPhone scroll to top doesn't work

We somehow managed to break the native scroll to top behavior when clicking on the top status bar in iOS.

This only affects iOS 5, which is currently down to 5.5% usage worldwide.

Not really... I can reproduce it consistently on iOS 6.1.3, at least on jquery.com and blog.jquery.com.

@mzgol are you on ipad or iphone i cannot reporduce at all on either of these sites with ipad2 on iOS 6.1.3 also tried api.jqueryueryui.com and api.jquerymobile.com all work fine for me.

ok reproduced on iphone5 with ios6 so i guess its specific to iphone and not an issue on ipad going to do some debugging on this pretty sure its related to -webkit-overflow-scrolling:touch;

I can also confirm the issue on iOS6 iPhone 4S

I have this problem on an iPhone 4 but not on an iPad 4th gen.

Finally tested this and -webkit-overflow-scrolling:touch; is the issue here removing this fixes the issue
