Remove the yellow outline from the search input

Currently, the search-box at http://plugins.jquery.com does not look very good in Chrome because of the yellow outline.

This tiny change removes it.

If we are going to remove the outline on focus then we need to add another visual indicator of focus. Maybe add a blue glow around the whole box or something like.

I now added a blue outer glow to the search box when it has focus. I took the color of the container border-top
