I see this appearing in many print styles:

    content: " (" attr(href) ")";
}

Side: an extra file for just 10 rules of print styles? Seems perfect to include in base.css, using @media.

I'm going to close this. I'm not sure too many people are printing API docs. We can address any real issues if people file issues.
