Get script demo fails due to incorrect mime type.

Using Chrome 38.0.2125.111 on Windows 7 64 bit

On executing the demo code to animate the container at http://api.jquery.com/jquery.getscript/ the demo fails with the following message.

Refused to execute script from 'https://raw.githubusercontent.com/jquery/jquery-color/master/jquery.color.js?_=1415208390495' because its MIME type ('text/plain') is not executable, and strict MIME type checking is enabled.
