Documentation update ?

HI !
First time posting. Sorry if this is not the correct location.
This is regarding https://api.jquery.com/event.timeStamp/
According to the note : "Note: Due to a bug open since 2004, "

I contacted mozilla and asked them if they could finally fix this.

The response i got back was "This bug is not about the current Event.timeStamp"
So, is the code incorrect ? or the documentation incorrect ? or is the response incorrect and it is the bug ?

It's possible it's not an issue anymore. If that's the case, we could remove the note but someone would need to test it first.

That said, api.jquery.com issues should be reported at https://github.com/jquery/api.jquery.com/issues, please create an issue there if you want further clarification.
