Add jQuery Fundamentals back to appropriate articles in attribution

Just spoke about this with @RedWolves, et. al. at summit table, we're going to just special case the handling of articles attributed to jQuery Fundamentals, and otherwise attribution will be the name and e-mail address of the authors of donated content.
