Missing links to next/prev chapter

• There is no link to next chapter (Utility Methods) on page http://learn.jquery.com/using-jquery-core/data-methods/
• there is no link to previous chapter (data-methods) on page http://learn.jquery.com/using-jquery-core/utility-methods/ and the link to next chapter (Iterating over jQuery and non-jQuery Objects ) is on the left side of footer instead of right

Might this be because there used to be a feature-browser-detection section in between, that is no longer there? See https://github.com/jquery/learn.jquery.com/blob/master/order.yml
