Move next/previous page links to be above contributors/feedback

In the JavaScript 101 series, it would be helpful if the links to the next page and the previous page were placed directly after the end of the page content and before the edit date/list of contributors/"Suggestions, Problems, Feedback?".

Page visitors are much more likely to be interested in the next page than in who contributed, date last edited, or in giving feedback (hopefully). As a newcomer to the site, it took me a bit of hunting around to find the "next page" link.

It would also be really neat if the next/prev page titles were prefixed with "Previous: " and "Next: " (although the arrows do that task pretty well).
