jQuery Mobile 'getting started' version numbers out of date #676

The version numbers for the Getting Started page for jQuery mobile are a little out of date. The version number currently listed is at 1.2, and the current is 1.4. I updated the version number based on the jQuery mobile docs and also used [version] in the link rather than a specific version number for better adaptability moving forward, similar to how it is listed here
