Mouseover effect

I'm using Spicetify with the default theme. However, I note that there is no mouseover effect on the left-hand, playlist panel. I can't find anywhere in the code where I can create this but I am not a coder.

Can anyone help? All I want is for each selection to highlight or embolden as I move the mouse over it.
