Two Horizontal scroll bars

Is it possible to have two horizontal scroll bars, one at the top and one at the bottom?

sorry @nikhiln I just saw this. I've been away on vacation so I haven't kept tabs on my notifications. I'll look into it adding scrollbars on either side for both axes.
