Partials being compiled to the CSS output

@squarestar : I misunderstood the problem and had to revert my patch. Can you re-open and elaborate on the problem or provide a failing test case? Thanks.

@robocoder : Sorry, just saw this today.

The issue is: Say I have a file 'main.scss' and a file '_resources.scss'. If I add the rule: @import '_resources'; (no file extension) to 'main.scss' file, then '_resources.scss' should not get compiled into the css output, but it does.

I've been playing around with ruby scss and I'm convinced that this is a documentation problem. If you look elsewhere in the sass reference, it says:

By default, Sass caches compiled templates and partials.

It's my current understanding that partials are just a naming convention. It tells the scss and the author that the file isn't intended to be compiled into a standalone CSS file.
