License clarification for Fedora packaging

I need to get clarification on scssphp's license for Fedora packaging (see https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=880880#c2). Website mentions "GPL3/MIT" and composer.json mentions "MIT" and "GPL-3.0", but only MIT license file is provided.

Also, would you mind adding a header to the source files with the license information?

Note that the way you did lessphp's license was fine for Fedora packaging -- https://github.com/leafo/lessphp/blob/master/LICENSE
