List tags?

Hi!

I could not find a way to list all tags. Could it be added?

apy tag --list or apy tags or apy list tags or ...

This was actually a regression I hadn't noticed. apy tag without any arguments should list the tags. I'm fixing this now and I'll make it more clear from the docs.
