Syntax Highlight for Latex Labels

I only started recently on Neovim and I am not entirely sure if this belongs here or somewhere else in Neovim (catppuccin maybe?). I am using Lazyvim.

I would like to change the syntax highlight for latex labels when I am either in insert mode on the label or on the same line. When my cursor is on a different line, it is clearly readable.

When my cursor is on the label I would like to edit the background and text color are practically the same.

I am able to find a list of vimtex Highlight groups but I cant figure out which one to edit. Has anyone done this already?

I'm sorry, but it is unclear what you are trying to do. Are you saying that you want the highlighting of labels to be dynamic and to change such that it appears one way when you are in insert mode and another way when you are in normal mode?

From the screenshots, it could also appear like you want this to not happen. That is, perhaps you want to have the highlighting not change?

With Neovim, you can use :Inspect when your cursor is over something to see which highlight group is there.

I really enjoy the experience (both nvim and vimtex)

With the :Inspect call I found out that the Highlight group was from the LSP.

With that colorscheme (which now I know was "tokyonight" ) the labels that are not referenced, or unused variables in other programming languages are not that readable for me.
I didn't mind the Highlighting being dynamic. I was just having trouble with the readability of that highlight group and could not find it to edit it.
